Silvia Vl\u0103sceanu brings more than 35 years of experience in Romania\u2019s energy sector, spanning engineering, regulation, public policy and industry representation. Before becoming Executive Director of HENRO, she led ACUE for over a decade and held roles within the Competition Council, Parliament and other public institutions.
