Asociația Română pentru Smart City (ARSC)

The Romanian Association for Smart City (ARSC) is an organization dedicated to the development of the Smart City and Smart Village industry in Romania, through projects, partnerships and solutions that support the modernization of urban and rural communities. ARSC’s activity covers areas such as digitalization, smart governance, urban mobility, infrastructure, sustainability and innovation applied in public administration.
Through its initiatives, ARSC connects public authorities, companies, experts, academia and institutional partners, contributing to the development of communities that are more efficient, better connected and more focused on citizens’ needs.
