Women in Energy Moldova (WEM)

Women in Energy Moldova (WEM) is the first non-governmental organization in the Republic of Moldova dedicated to women in the energy sector. The organization promotes female leadership, sustainability and inclusion in a field undergoing significant transformation, supporting the development of a community of women professionals involved in the energy transition.
Through mentoring, educational workshops, awareness campaigns, professional networking and research projects, WEM contributes to the visibility and professional development of women in energy, connecting specialists, institutions, companies and partners interested in a more open and inclusive energy sector.
