Romanian Tech Startups Association (ROTSA)

The Romanian Tech Startups Association (ROTSA) is a non-profit, non-governmental, and apolitical organisation based in Cluj-Napoca, acting as an umbrella body for Romania’s tech startup ecosystem.
Through projects, events, educational programmes, and advocacy initiatives, ROTSA actively contributes to the development of Romania’s national technology and innovation ecosystem. Its initiatives include an interactive map of Romanian tech startups, thematic hackathons, Demo Day programmes, and partnerships with relevant European entrepreneurial organisations. ROTSA is a member of the European Startup Network (ESN).
