Mihaela Frăsineanu

Mihaela Frăsineanu brings over 25 years of experience across environmental policy, climate risks and public administration. With a background in hydrology and environmental sciences, she has held senior roles within the Ministry of Environment and other public institutions, and currently serves as State Counselor in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. Her experience connects environmental policy with the wider questions around sustainability, infrastructure and Romania’s transition toward a more resilient economy.
