A comprehensive look at the energy, insights, and innovations that defined the 2025 edition
ENERGY EXPO® 2025 welcomed over 9,000 visitors and 280+ exhibitors, partners and special guests, representing over 30 countries across four continents. Solar energy, EPC/EPCM, smart grid technologies and energy storage were among the most represented sectors.
The edition also introduced several innovation and community-driven projects, including the CleanTech Hackathon – the first of its kind in S-E Europe, the expanded Scientific Research Zone showcasing Romania’s leading Ru0026D institutions, and the #LOOPChallenge, which engaged students in circular economy education.
Additional highlights included the nZEB Show, EV Show, the ENERGY EXPO® Treasure Hunt, and the Plush Endless Column CSR initiative, reinforcing the event’s focus on innovation, sustainability and community engagement across the wider energy sector.

A look back at the companies, ideas, and technologies that launched our 2024 edition
ENERGY EXPO® 2024 laid the foundation for a new platform dedicated to innovation and collaboration in the energy sector. The event brought together more than 80 exhibitors and over 50 partners from 12 countries, alongside public authorities, energy companies, start-ups and research institutions.
From hydrogen mobility and wind technology to energy-efficient buildings, the exhibition highlighted practical solutions supporting the transition to sustainable energy systems across the region. The edition confirmed the growing demand for a dedicated energy event connecting industry, policy and innovation.
