Yes. VIP tickets are limited and can be accessed through special codes distributed by the organizers. They include access to the CONNECT VIP Lounge, a premium area dedicated to networking and business meetings. 

VIP participants will receive a distinct badge at the registration points. 

Unfortunately, on-site parking is available exclusively for exhibitors. We understand that this may be an inconvenience, which is why we encourage visitors to choose a more sustainable way. Public transport is a great option for reaching ROMAERO, and if you prefer a more comfortable alternative, our mobility partner Blue offers an exclusive 50% discount for an eco-friendly ride. Simply use the code EEB2026 in the BLUE app to benefit from the offer.

If you are travelling by metro, take Metro Line M2 and get off at Aurel Vlaicu station. From there, you can reach ROMAERO by bus in approximately 15 minutes or by tram 5 in approximately 10 minutes. Several bus lines also stop near the venue, including 112, 205, 301, 330 and 605. For updated schedules and full routes, we recommend checking the available transport information before your trip. 

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed during ENERGY EXPO® 2026. Due to venue restrictions, this rule helps ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all participants.

For the safety of all participants, the event benefits from 24-hour security provided by authorized personnel, with all event areas monitored throughout the event. 
A first aid station will also be available throughout the event.

The event offers free Wi-Fi, dedicated relaxation areas for visitors and exhibitors, and a varied food court with a diverse selection of food and drinks. These facilities are designed to ensure a comfortable experience throughout ENERGY EXPO® 2026. 

Yes. The CONNECT VIP Lounge includes dedicated spaces for meetings and business discussions in a more private and professional setting. Participants with access to this area can use it to schedule meetings, hold strategic conversations and develop new networking opportunities during ENERGY EXPO® 2026.

ROMANIAN ENERGY WEEK® 2026 will take place on 16–20 November 2026 at the Palace of Parliament in Bucharest, bringing together public authorities, investors, financiers, developers, consultants and technology providers from the energy sector. After the 2025 edition set a new standard for direct roundtable dialogue in the energy industry, REW® 2026 will continue this strategic format, focused on practical discussions, exchange of perspectives and collaboration between key industry stakeholders. The topics addressed will include green energy, storage, grid integration, financing, public policies, sustainability and the circular economy.
