Federația Patronală Petrol și Gaze (FPPG)

Federația Patronală Petrol și Gaze represents the framework for the development, dialogue, and efficient management of resources in the energy, oil, gas, and energy mining sectors in Romania.
Founded in 1991 by the Constitutive General Assembly, the Federation of Oil and Gas Employers obtained its legal personality through Civil Sentence No. 101 issued on February 25, 1992, by the Sector 1 Bucharest Court in Case No. 81/PJ/1992.
Established under the Social Dialogue Law No. 62/2011, the provisions stipulated in the Constitution of Romania, and its own statute, the FPPG has strengthened its existence over the past 25 years with strong principles regarding the predictability and competitiveness of the legislative framework applicable in the energy sector.
