Łukasz Kolińsk

Łukasz Koliński is Director for Green Transition and Energy System Integration at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Energy, working across some of the EU’s key priorities around electrification, renewables, grids and system integration. His role places him close to the policy and infrastructure decisions shaping Europe’s future energy system. He brings a European-level perspective on how regulation, investment and implementation need to work together to deliver a more integrated, secure and competitive energy system.
