Silvia Vlăsceanu

Silvia Vlăsceanu brings more than 35 years of experience in Romania’s energy sector, spanning engineering, regulation, public policy and industry representation. Before becoming Executive Director of HENRO, she led ACUE for over a decade and held roles within the Competition Council, Parliament and other public institutions. Her experience gives her a broad view of how regulation, investment and market development come together in shaping a more resilient and competitive energy system.
